 The equipment adopts the gear-driving structure and PLC control program, and is driven by the step motor gear rack. The parameters can be input through the touch screen for programming the control program, and relevant parameters can be input orderly by rotating the selecting positioning mechanism, to complete the action of the hot melt equipment through the coordinated control of the programmable controller. The equipment can be used with cementing, without cementing on PVC in advance and the equipment do the cementing automatically on the tray of the equipment. |

| Action (workpiece flow) process: |
| Startup – Insert PP pipe onto the main shaft manually, and then put on the auto-feeding cylinder clamp. Press the reset key to return the equipment to the initial position and then press the start-up switch. The equipment starts to operate automatically with fire, for blowing away the hairs (so as not to cause the pressure hairs). After a period of hot melting, the inductive switch will receive the signal for cutting the fire source and switching off the air source of liquid-gas and oxygen automatically, and at the same time, the hair blowing air source is cut off. After that, the melt and finished products are loosened, and the cylinder will be reset automatically. The actions will be circulated. |

动作（工件流程）过程： 开机——人工把PP管插到主轴上，放到自动上料的气缸夹具上——按复位，设备走到原点、再按启动开关——设备开始自动运转同时火烧、并自动把毛吹开（以免出现有压毛的现象），热熔到相应长度后——感应开关收到信号马上自动切断毛料、自动关掉液气与氧气的气源，同时也关掉气源——松开已热熔好的成品，气缸将自动复位——循环动作.
